Yip, you guessed it, it’s time to once again welcome you to a grand od[force] upgrade event. I know it seems like we go through this on a quasi-regular basis, but really it’s only been 6 times (not counting nazi hackers, server crashes and the odd spam blast).

So, v6… six upgrades in just under ten years. I believe we’ve mostly tried to go forward and bring you more content with easier access and a prettier interface. Yes, I said tried, I think sometimes we went a little more sideways than forward. But be that as it may however, we’re still dedicated to making this one the best yet, stiff upper lip and all that.

As we launch you’ll see that we have added a gallery to the site. You’ll also no doubt notice that it’s currently devoid of anything resembling images. Hopefully you can set that right, we have faith in your ability to add some of the most beautiful Houdini made imagery in the world. Please make use of it and come and discuss its many graces in our forum.

If you’ve been a regular visitor for any length of time, you may also notice that the codex is missing from the menu. Sadly the codex has been shelved until further notice. We felt that we couldn’t compete with the exchange and it’s auto-un-apprenticifying of uploads and that there was more value in focusing our time elsewhere. Of course if there is enough demand then we can bring it back at any time.
