Binary geo format file, Houdini's native binary geometry format which supports all of Houdini's geometry types. Files are stored with the '.bgeo' extension. Non-binary files are geo files. Please see 'geo format' for a description of the file structure as such.

If you use the extension .gz, the bgeo files will be compressed and decompressed on the fly using gzip compression.
