What it does

Copies geometry repetitively, or onto every point of 2nd input geometry. It can re-orient, scale and transform every copy. It can also allow the input geometry to vary per copy when "Stamping" enabled. When copying onto template geometry, the template can determine the orientation of geometry copied to it using combinations of the N (Normal vector), v (velocity vector) and up (UpVector) vectors. It uses the same transformation method when you are instancing in Mantra so you can use the CopySOP to interactively visualize the final orientation that would occur should you be instancing in mantra. It also listens to pscale (float) and scale (float[3]) attributes. Please read more about aligning to points in the MantraInstancing document.
