RFE is an abbreviation for "Request For Enhancement", a formal request to Side Effects to add a feature to their software.

Reporting

There are several ways to do this:

• Add the request directly through a web form
• Post on their forums
• Email them at support@sidefx.com
• Use their Online Issues Database (for commercial customers)

Apprentice

Official support is only available for customers with commercial licenses. Apprentice users are welcome to use the forums to log RFEs. The forums is often the best way to both illustrate your RFE and also get a workaround suggested to you by the community.
