Windows .wav Wave audio format

Houdini can read these audio files if they are:

• PCM encoded,
• up to 2 channels,
• and up to a maximum of 16bits per sample.

Other encodings of wav format will not be recognized. ainfo will report a sample rate of "0" for unrecognized encoding.
